Wannaworktogether - a quicktime movie that explains Creative Commons

Building on the Past - explanation of how CC works.

This is an interesting slideshow on Flickr that should be available through our firewall.

I just found a great blog post on Managing Your Online Profile, which includes links to good videos on Copyright.

This Creative Commons site provides free tools that let authors, scientists, artists, and educators easily mark their creative work with the freedoms they want it to carry. It also has a handy CC search tool.

Two documents put out by the World Intellectual Property Organization offer good basic explanations of Copyright. They are:
  1. Copyright Cartoon.pdf
  2. a more in depth booklet on intellectual property titled The Arts and Copyright.pdf

This is a good tutorial on how to use Citation Machine

CBC has published these 4 videos on research tips. I haven't watched them yet. What yo you think?
